Please select data with more than two levels of Location to perform PERMANOVA analysis for differentiation based on centroid distance.

Homogeneity of multivariate dispersion (betadisper) was tested to verify a key assumption of PERMANOVA - that within-group spread is equal across locations.

Crunching diversity components... please wait, boss!

This module helps you prepare datasets in the correct format for performing Diversity Analysis. Users can easily generate a CSV template that matches the required structure for ecological or biodiversity data.

Enter the number of species, the number of sampling sites (or locations), and the variables representing species abundance or counts in the sidebar panel. After submission, a model dataset will be displayed in the main panel where users can enter species observations directly.

You can also quickly copy species abundance data from Excel and paste it directly into the generated table using Ctrl + V. This makes data entry fast and convenient for large biodiversity datasets.

Once the data entry is completed, download the dataset as a CSV file and upload it in the Analysis tab to perform diversity analysis including diversity indices, similarity matrices, clustering, and graphical visualizations.

This tool is designed to make biodiversity data preparation easier and more efficient, saving time for ecologists, agricultural researchers, and environmental scientists working with species diversity datasets.
